When you open an account, we verify your identity using your phone number and a one-time PIN sent via DANA, OVO, GoPay or SMS. Withdrawals above 5 million Rupiah require photo ID upload. This protects your account from unauthorized access.

Payment encryption

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are encrypted end-to-end. We never store your full card or wallet password. Each deposit is tokenized and verified by the payment provider before it reaches your account balance.

Session timeout

Your session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity on desktop, 15 minutes on mobile app. This keeps your account secure if you step away. Log back in with your phone number and password.

Dispute resolution

If a withdrawal fails or a bet appears disputed, contact support within 7 days. We review transaction logs and settlement records. Chargeback requests must come from your payment provider, not through us.

Data retention

You can close your account anytime from Settings > Account Management. Any balance is paid out to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS within 24 hours. We keep your transaction history for 7 years for compliance. You can request account re-activation within 30 days of closure.

Your phone number and email can be updated in Settings > Profile. Your legal name and date of birth cannot change once verified. If there's an error, contact support with ID proof and we'll file a correction request, reviewed within 5 business days.

Minimum withdrawal is 50,000 Rupiah. Maximum per transaction is 50 million Rupiah. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS withdrawals have no platform fee and usually clear within 1–3 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–2 hours during business hours.

Report disputes within 7 days via live chat or Settings > Disputes & Terms. We review bet logs and settlement data. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours. If you disagree with the outcome, escalation follows Indonesian consumer protection rules.

We collect your name, phone number, email and payment details to operate your account and comply with local regulations. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties except payment providers for processing. You can request a full data export anytime from Settings.
